Aerial Teacher Training with Pawel Kwasniewski, November 22nd-24th

We welcome you on this course whether you’re looking to become an instructor or you want to take this training as a personal journey. This course will expand your understanding and set the foundations for group practice through the perfect balance between theory and practice. In order to learn how to facilitate safe and healthy classes, you need the knowledge and experience we can share with you – we specialise in methodology! Who am I? What is the role of an instructor? In the first two days our aim is to understand your desires, setting an intention for the training and meeting the foundations of the Aerial Yoga practice. Including introductory level asanas, experiential practices and methodology. Uncover the philosophical and historical background of yogic practices. Exploring elemental connections of the practice through the five key aspects of Aerial Yoga practice. Find yourself immersed into biomechanics of the asana, touch the flow, gather the strength and teach yourself how to fly. Learn how to create a meaningful, safe and authentic sequences. At the end of the training there will be a possibility of taking the exam.
