We believe we learn by practice, whether in life or yoga – the principles are the same. Doing asana or any acts, either physical or intellectual, brings about a sense of one’s being and honours one with the opening of the heart, of spirit and of realization. Body and soul unite with the practice. Practice means to perform over and over again, in the face of all obstacles, an act of vision, faith and passion. Practice doesn’t necessarily make perfect, but practice makes one whole.
